Complete Case Management

Personal Court Reporters assigns a case manager on all continuing cases. This individual is responsible for providing you with the best suited team of reporters and staff for your case. All scheduling, travel, billing, exhibit handling and any special requirements are supervised by the case manager.

Special Exhibit Handling

Should a lawsuit involve a voluminous number of exhibits, you can trust Personal Court Reporters to manage and maintain them. All documents can be pre-marked, scanned and/or photocopied and bound prior to the commencement of the deposition schedule.

We can generate a listing and description of all exhibits produced for specific witnesses, while maintaining a complete master copy of the exhibits, keeping them available for any future depositions or hearings.

Exhibits can also be scanned into electronic form on CD-ROM or other electronic media.  Load files can be provided for use with Concordance and Summation.

Personal Court Reporters can also have unusual types and sizes of exhibits reproduced, including photographs, blueprints, etc.

Deposition Digesting

Personal Court Reporters offers a sophisticated transcript digesting service. We handle cases of all kinds and sizes, organize major projects nationally and summarize depositions, daily trial transcripts, arbitration proceedings, witness interviews and other legal transcripts. In order to meet the stylistic needs of our clients, we offer a fully detailed and indexed style of digesting. All digests are provided on disk in ASCII format as well as in hard copy.

Document Depository Services & Storage

Personal Court Reporters offers a full-service document depository.  All documents deposited with us are identified and logged.  Our Depository Administrator will maintain all case documents on an ongoing basis and help you with any research.

Other services provided are Document Indexing, Bates Stamping, Imaging and Copying Services including oversized and color copying.
