As an authorized user, you can login in to our secure, custom repository to find the materials you need and download them immediately. Our repository is a delivery alternative that bypasses any possible delays or difficulties related to sending files via email or on diskette.

Our firm can also electronically sign the RealLegal E-Transcript files we produce so you no longer have to wait for certified hard copies. The files you receive are secure and can be searched, printed, and used in conjunction with the tool voted as the TechnoLawyer Community’s “Favorite Transcript Management Solution” -- RealLegal Binder™. And, you can schedule your next deposition with us directly from the interface of the E-Transcript files we send you.

Exhibits on CD-ROM

Personal Court Reporters scans all exhibits for archival.  This means you can request a CD-ROM containing all the exhibits to a particular case or deposition at the time of the deposition or just before trial, when you need it most.  Since each CD-ROM will hold thousands of pages of documents, you can carry boxes of exhibits in your briefcase.

Personal Court Reporters maintains a secure, password-protected, webserver providing 24-hour, electronic delivery of all transcripts and exhibits offered in your case.  Transcripts and documents can be viewed from anywhere in the world, at any time of day, by attorneys, paralegals and expert witnesses.  All you need is a password and Internet access.

Remote Real-Time

Save yourself the hassle and expense of a trip by attending a deposition or hearing securely over the Internet utilizing one of our real-time court reporters and RealLegal DepoStreamô.  All that is required is an Internet connection and Internet Explorer 5.0 or later and, of course, a court reporter who is set up to provide an on-line real-time feed.  You can bring your whole support team, your clients or your expert witnesses with you for live collaboration just by having them log on.

DeposStream allows you to view text when it scrolls by live as the court reporter transmits it in real time over any dial-up line.  Instant message questions or comments to the entire team which has logged  on from remote locations, or select a single member of the team with which to chat privately.  All on-line chatting is instantaneous and transmitted to the DepoStream site via a secure, encrypted connection.

At any time during the deposition, you can view the court reporter's draft transcription of the questions and answers as they are taking place -- somewhat like viewing closed-caption text on television, only it happens in your browser, from anywhere.
