Deposition Transcripts

All deposition transcripts are available on both a standard and expedited basis and are accompanied by a complimentary Condensed Transcript and Full-Text Word Index.

Condensed Transcripts and Full-Text Word Indices

Personal Court Reporters can convert any transcript into miniature format through the use of an ASCII diskette. Each page of the condensed transcript contains eight pages of printed transcript, reducing a 200-page transcript to 25 pages. Each condensed transcript has a complete key word index attached, listing every word in the transcript, number of occurrences, and page/line references. Condensed transcripts are provided free with all copy orders.

Scheduling of Conference Rooms Should a conference room be necessary for an upcoming deposition, Personal Court Reporters will schedule one whenever and wherever needed. We can provide large conference rooms in our facilities in Van Nuys, Ventura, West Los Angeles, Ontario and Santa Barbara. All of our conference rooms are wired for internet access. This enables us to share, in real time, a deposition or meeting transcript with an associate in your office across town, or an expert witness or your home office across country. Real-Time Transcription

Real time transcription is the instantaneous translation of steno notes into English. This technology enables an attorney to immediately view the translated English text of a deposition on their computer screen as the deposition takes place. The resulting real-time draft can aid in preparing for the next deposition and can also be easily shared with co-counsel or your expert.

This rough draft transcript can deliver many advantages, including eliminating the need for note taking, therefore increasing your comprehension and control.

Transcript Archival

Personal Court Reporters archives every transcript generated by our reporters and affiliates. This is a valuable feature in the event a diskette or transcript needs to be produced at any time....even years later....after the original transcript is prepared.
